In case the given reasons are genuine and proved after our investigation, we will provide a complimentary service. Please read the fine prints of each service before booking it for all the details of the service purchased.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For Cancellations, contact our customer service team on 8080720000 (between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday), or cancel via your app 2 hours before your service time.
We hold the right to cancel a service in case of –

Unable to establish contact with customer at service time

Unable to locate customer’s vehicle

Vehicle parked on public roads / property
REFUND POLICY
If a service is cancelled which is prepaid for, refund will be initiated within 24hrs of cancellation.
